Our team has been involved and
working with the Internet for a number of years. In the time we
have been operational we have built several successful web sites for
ourselves and for other clients.
One of the most profitable businesses
to ever dawn the Internet is that of property management services.
Exclusively those sites that offer listing services on a national
and international level catering to thousands of property management
clientele. Good examples of these are Rent.com and Apartments.com.
These are multi-million dollar websites. Our set up and delivery
are similar to these companies. You can research these companies
with InfoUSA or similar research services to see what these
companies make a year. Their numbers will shock you.
The application AccessRent.com has
already been developed and is ready for launching. What we are
looking for is an individual or company that is willing to put up
the funding for the marketing launch of AccessRent.com.
Besides all of this we will, as a
company, take all management and marketing employment responsibility
upon our own shoulders covering every aspect of management
concerned. The project will be managed and maintained by the two
owners of Apogee Design Inc. Beto Paredes and Joseph Frazier. You

This application took us 5 months to
develop. At $65 an hour this would have cost a company hiring us to
develop the application well over $40,000.00. We have taken this
cost upon ourselves and went ahead and developed the application.
This cost is covered and we are looking now for a funding partner to
cover our launch.

Website visitors will be able to set up an account for free. They
will build a profile putting in criteria for “what would be perfect
for them” when they are done it will query our database for all the
matches within a % of what meets their criteria best. With that a
searcher will be able to save property profiles, and run comparison
charts by adding properties to their list and then running the
statistics to run a percentage comparison of every feature and how
it matches what they entered into their profile.) When properties
are added that match close to a clients criteria they will receive
an automatic e-mail.

$55 a month for up to 50 properties $75 a month for unlimited
listings, those companies that sign up for 6 months with receive 1
month for free.

The way we
have written our data structure is unique.
The
way we build the data structure is intelligent and unique. Each of
the properties listed will change the title and description of each
listing. For example if one of our clients has a duplex in Chicago
Illinois listed the title and description meta tag of that
individual listing will contain the search terms “duplex, Chicago,
Illinois.” This makes for varied and extremely accurate search
engine placement for each listing. With the application written as
such several of our listed pages will get top exposure on the search
engines.
Marketing
Our marketing
launch consists of the following criteria.
Our goal is to
get 2,500 companies on the system within the first year (roughly 57
weeks 5% of our target audience). This equals out to $137,500 a
month in subscriptions ($55.00 a company). If we average at that
point to have ½ of our feature properties listed then we will have
an additional 3,000. If we have an average of 3 applications filled
out per company then this will be another $75,000 a month. So at
the turn of the first year we should be averaging $215,500 a month
conservatively. If frozen at these numbers for a 12 moth cycle that
projected year would bring in $2,586,000.
How is this to
be done?
The
Internet:
The
first, most effective and least expensive tools to start are the
search engines themselves. Apogee Design Inc. are experts at search
engine placement. The searches for property management and rental
information are well into the millions and we will work our best to
get placement on the first few pages of all the search engines. We
have done this successfully for many of our client’s websites.
We will also
pay for Google adds and Overture pay per clicks. 1,000 a month to
Google giving us 20,000 guaranteed hits a month and 500 on Overture
giving us 16,600 guaranteed hits off of Overture a month. This is
36,000 guaranteed hits to AccessRent.com a month. Combined with
proper search engine placement our site should easily be receiving
50,000+ hits a month. This will attract both Property Management
Companies and thousands of rental applicants.
Direct
contact:
To gain an
edge on other listing services we are going to work the old fashion
way. Sending out mailers and calling to follow up.
In the fist
month we contact 50 companies, 1 in each of the 50 states. We sign
them up for free forever as long as they are willing to keep 15+
rentals on our system at all times. This will populate our database
with at least 750 properties. This should be easy to complete in
the first month of launch.
In the second
month we will send out a full color flyer to each of these 46,000
companies. To send these mailers at $0.47 a flyer we are looking at
$21,620. (Full color layout) At a 1% return (Which is usually what
you get from a mailer) we should get our fist 460 companies. This
equals out to $25,300 a month at a 1% return.
We will then
work to gain another 5% of this audience. We will employ 4 cold
callers at 6.50 an hour + 10% first month of service commission. At
an average of 20 calls an hour (biding time for proper note keeping
and follow up) we will be able to direct call all 46,000 companies
in 57.5 weeks. This is just over 1 year. This equals out to about
$59,000 in employee costs in the first year.

Exchange
We currently have
a real estate exchange of 150 companies. This means that currently
there are 150 link ins to Apogeeinvent.com. Most search engines
consider link exchange to be an important element to search engine
placement. Upon launch we will add all 150 sites to our real estate
link exchange and then e-mail all 150 sites to link back to us. We
will continue to build this exchange and should have 1,000 plus link
ins to AcessRent.com on the turn of the first year.

following is an analysis of the month by month costs for the first
year.
What we are
offering in exchange for the 1st year of funding for
AccessRent.com is 40% ownership of AccessRent.com. This would
require a 1 year contact to cover all funding involved in the set up
and launch of AccessRent.com for the 57 weeks paid as payment is
required.
During the
first 57 weeks, to help compensate your costs, Apogee Design Inc.
will give 20% of their net earnings from AccessRent.com directly to
the over head costs. This will greatly reduce your costs as the
months move forward and may even eliminate your responsibility to
funding all-together depending on our success rate. This 20% may be
applied to all funding payments made by funding partner even up to a
full pay back if possible in the fist year.
