ApogeeINVENT is Ten!

We've survived an entire decade! ApogeeINVENT turned 10 this month. What better way to celebrate than with a BBQ and cake.

ApogeeINVENT Anniversary

Ten years is a long time for an Internet-based business. We are so thrilled to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. What an amazing ride it's been! We couldn't be prouder of the thousands of amazing businesses who have utilized our software and design over the past decade.

I personally have been with ApogeeINVENT 6 of the 10 years. Our company is truly like a family. We live and work from all over the United States, but I consider my co-workers friends as well as colleagues (and I know I speak for many of our team).

Our daily or weekly phone conferences keep us connected, as well as the various forms of technology we use to track and manage projects. I am continually amused by the team's quirky humor, and amazed by their passion for our company.

Joe and Dwight, our fearless leaders, have created a remarkable company culture. Joe is so fervently committed to making our clients happy, regardless of the cost. He also cares about the happiness of Apogee employees. Family comes first - the Apogee family, and their respective families. Dwight is zealous (he would say 'fanatical') about constantly learning, and pushes everyone in company to keep looking at things from new perspectives. We jokingly refer to Dwight as the Chief Optimist because he is always looking at the positive side of a situation, and is always so excited about every opportunity, new client, and new technology.

Both Joe and Dwight lead by example - they would never ask anything of the team that they don't already do. Whether that be all-night server monitoring, responding to a 3am text about a down website, or working through the weekend to ensure a successful software launch.

I love working for ApogeeINVENT. I love the people. I love the company culture. Here's to ten more years!
